		<description>This service is horrible. The channels freeze up all the time especially when you change channels. The internet is always locking up and it is not a windows issue like there tech support said. And there telephone service department is never open when you need assistance. I have had the channel lock up on me and not do anything. they had to send a tech out to fix it and that took 3 days. and everything I DVR has a red line through the middle of the screen and I get a humming noise alot of the time out of the DVR as well. If I were you save your money &quot;the grass is not greener on the other side.&quot;</description>
