AT&T Uverse

Well I’ve been checking out AT&T’s Uverse service mostly because I was drooling over the data speeds to the home. Then I saw all the other upcoming benefits of the service and what a great price it was. So I took the plunge. I was shocked when they said “we can have someone out tomorrow”.

So the tech came on out and after about 3 hours got everything up and going so my new TV and internet service is going.

I can’t complain about the data speeds:

    This service is horrible. The channels freeze up all the time especially when you change channels. The internet is always locking up and it is not a windows issue like there tech support said. And there telephone service department is never open when you need assistance. I have had the channel lock up on me and not do anything. they had to send a tech out to fix it and that took 3 days. and everything I DVR has a red line through the middle of the screen and I get a humming noise alot of the time out of the DVR as well. If I were you save your money “the grass is not greener on the other side.”

    Have had none of those issues at all, I suspect there is a technical problem from your house to the VRAD. Got to uverseusers.com and post your issues as there are several AT&T installers and technicians who are on the site. I can honestly say I have never had any of those problems.
